Carol Robbs Vance is a dedicated, spontaneous and ambitious Notary Public who is commissioned by the State of Maryland. She is a certified and background cleared member of the National Notary Association (NNA). In becoming a Notary Public, Ms. Robbs Vance has completed the Notary Essentials course with the NNA and obtained her notary certification with Prince George’s Community College in May 2022! Not only is she a phenomenal Notary Public she is also extremely skilled in planning small events such as birthday parties, sports dinners, women's events,

small weddings, and much more!

She is commissioned by the State of Maryland and  recently embarked on pursuing the interest of becoming a signing agent. She is a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and certified and background cleared with the NNA. I have completed the Notary Essentials course with NNA.
